Adventure is waiting on the doorstep
Experience all Anglesey has to offer from beautiful Rhosneigr
The Bay Café
Benllech’s wonderful location is surprisingly only one of the selling points of The Bay Café, instead the awesome views from the both the inside and outside dining areas are just a (albeit exceptional) bonus on top of what is a friendly café serving excellent homemade, traditional Welsh and British food from fried breakfasts to sandwiches, burgers, cakes and more.
With vegetarian and gluten free options, all priced reasonably, The Bay Café is an excellent place for a midday meal, snack or treat during a busy day. Tables are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, but there are generally tables available (though during good weather, you’ll need to beat the traffic to the outdoor seating).
Where is it?
Located just a short walk along Bay View Road from Lower Wendon Pay & Display Car Park and from Traeth Benllech itself, The Bay Café is the perfect place to stop in for food if you’ve been relaxing on the beach or exploring the village. You can also reach the village, and the café, by taking the A5025 from the Menai Bridge or A55 followed by the A5025 from the Britannia Bridge.
Opening times
Wednesday to Monday
The Bay Café is open between 10:00am and 4:00pm Wednesday to Monday, but remains closed on Tuesdays.
