Join A Guided Walk at South Stack Lighthouse
Join one of the experienced volunteers for a guided walk around the RSPB reserve and witness the array of wildlife that call South Stack their home at this time of the year. The guided walks take place on various dates throughout June.

Learn All About Bees
Anglesey BeeKeepers will be showcasing their see-through beehive on the 3rd and 18th of June at Plas Newydd House and Gardens. Visitors can meet the queen bee, learn about beekeeping and learn how anyone can create a bee-friendly garden at home.

To entertain the children Anglesey sea zoo has a range of activities including

Go On A Ghost Hunt
Beaumaris Gaol offers top-notch ghost-hunting experiences for paranormal enthusiasts of all levels.
The abandoned prison constructed in the early 19th century, accommodated up to 30 inmates simultaneously, and during that era, prisoners often faced harsh treatment, brutal punishments and execution. Take Part In A Treasure Hunt By Car
The treasure hunt by car is being run by The Swtan heritage museum on the 16th of June. The hunt commences at 17:45 and takes about an hour to complete. The hunt costs £10 to enter and proceeds go towards the gloriously restored thatched cottage. Refreshments are available. Find out more here.

Attend The North Wales Seafood Discovery Day
Go and celebrate the Food of the Sea in North Wales at Princess Pier, Menai Bridge. The event is organised by Dylan’s seafood restaurant. The event was first hosted back in 2019 to celebrate the rich seafood heritage and supply. Head down between 10 am and 10 pm for amazing seafood and street food as well as children’s activities, live music, cookery demonstrations, drinks, fishermen and their tales, live entertainment and much more. Discover Local History at the Oriel Ynys Môn Museum
Learn about Anglesey’s rich cultural heritage, from prehistoric times to the present day, at this fascinating museum. A variety of events take place during June at Oriel Ynys Mon including

- Three Old Harps – A special exhibition curated by renowned, traditional musician Huw Roberts, chronicling the fascinating history of 3 triple harps with strong links to Anglesey
- 56 Group Wales – at cross purposes – three-way conversation between two artists and a curator
- Artists and Teachers – An inspiring exhibition focusing on three accomplished artists who taught art at Llangefni

Watch or Take Part In Râs Mynydd Twr / Holyhead Mountain Race
The Holyhead Mountain Race is a thrilling event that takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Holyhead Mountain. This challenging race attracts runners and outdoor enthusiasts from all over the country, who gather to test their endurance and enjoy the stunning views of the coastline and the Irish Sea.
This year juniors and adults can take part in the race. Registration on the day will be held at Caffi’r Parc and closes at 11.40 am. £5 adults and £3 children. All proceeds will go to Digartref Ynys Mon and Anglesey Food Bank.
