Y Glan-Neigr & Sarisa Indian Kitchen

Popular with locals and tourists alike, Y Glan-Neigr – which also contains an Indian restaurant and takeaway: Sarisa Indian Kitchen – is a great place to retire to after a busy day to enjoy a mix of traditional Welsh hospitality and freshly prepared Indian cuisine. While it’s not every day you’ll see two of the most popular British destinations rolled into one, the blend of traditional pub and Indian restaurant is the perfect mix, and with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor, you can generally be sure of a friendly welcome and an available table.

Y Glan-Neigr & Sarisa Indian Kitchen prides itself on being family friendly and dog friendly and serves an excellent if limited selection of Indian food and a wide selection of popular draught and bottled beers, spirits and more.

Where is it?

Located on Post Office Lane, just off Rhosneigr High Street, and accessible from Fford Belan which joins the main road into the village (Fford Maelog, A4080), and with on-site parking, Y Glan-Neigr & Sarisa Indian Kitchen is an excellent destination for an evening meal (and is just around the corner from the village’s taxi service if the walk home seems more daunting on a full stomach). The pub is located just a short walk from Rhosneigr High Street – meaning that it’s a good choice of destination and reachable on foot if you’ve had a full day in the village or on one of the nearby beaches.
