Scarlett’s Fish & Chip Shop
Scarlett’s Fish & Chip Shop is a local institution – and has been one of the most popular takeaways in the village for multiple decades. Simply put, Scarlett’s is a traditional seaside chip shop, offering good portions of British fare that’s perfect to either eat on the beach or to collect on your way home (though we think it’s a universal truth that fish and chips taste better on the beach).
Awarded the National Federation of Fish Friers ‘Fish and Chip Quality Accreditation’, you can be sure to pick up an excellent portion of this British favourite – and Scarlett’s is centrally located in the village, so you won’t have to travel too far from whichever activity you’re involved in.
Where is it?
Located on the Rhosneigr High Street, just next door to Gecko Sporting Goods, Scarlett’s Fish & Chips is centrally located in the village, on the corner of High Street and where Rhosneigr’s main road Fford Maelog becomes Station Road. It’s also just a few minute walk from the beach – just enough time for your meal to cool so you can have your chippy tea on the sand overlooking the water. While there’s only minimal on-street parking nearby, Scarlett’s is only a couple of minutes walk from Rhosneigr Pay and Display Car Park.
Opening times
Thursday
The takeaway is open on Thursdays between 5:00pm and 7:30pm.
Friday
On Fridays, Scarlett’s is open between 12:00pm and 1:30pm and then again between 5:00pm and 7:30pm.
Saturday
Saturday opening times are between 5:00pm and 7:30pm.
Sunday to Wednesday
The takeaway is closed Sundays through Wednesdays.
